I want to know that can society gives permission to stay watchmen inside society premises.
Is it as per bylaws. Also Nepali resident watchmen can go to Indian labor court if society removes him from the watchman ship. He is from last 10 years and now capturing society premises.

WHAT IS THE EVIDENCE THAT he was staying in the premises? Is there a written approval? If Committee does not remain careful society can land in to mess like this? Society will have to attend to Court Notice which the Court will send right or wrong.
