Can a Chief Executive of a Co-op. Bank (where he is not a member) contest in a Delegate Election of another Co-op. Bank (where he is a member) in the same state?

Generally high level employees are debarred from associating with a competitor under the contract of employment signed by CEO with the Employer Bank. So check the terms of contract.
