This is by way of information that while staying in Bhubaneswar during the period 2008 to 2012 I invested Rs200000/-(two lakh) in Swastik India multi State Credit Co-op. At the end of 2012 I was transferred to West Singhbhum (Chaibasa) in Jharkhand. Now I came to know that Swastik India multi State Credit Co-op in not functioning at present.
In this situation will you kindly guide me to recover the money I invested in the said cooperative system? It would be a great help for me if you tell me the way out to get my money back.

Cooperatives Credit are held to be service providers to depositors and default in return of matured deposit is a deficiency in service for which you can approach District Consumer Forum to order refund with interest .
