Builders claim that recent (2013 / 2014) change in rules does not make it possible to form Cooperative Housing Societies i n Goa.
Could you kindly throw some light on this pl.

It is a fundamental right of a citizen to form a cooperative society. Get copy of the Rule which prohibits housing societies to be registered and send to me to advise if he has read the Rules correctly.
