DELHI COOPERATIVE SOCIETES RULES 2007 has Rule 5( j ) provides as under
A declaration on oath from each of the promoter members to the effect that he is not a member of the family of any other promoter joining in the application for registration within the meaning of explanation given under section 5 and declaration to the effect that he is not member of any other co-operative society.
