Ours is an Apartment building wherein there are 2BHK & 3BHK flats. We collect maintenance at Rs.1.25 psi. every month. Now there is question of additional expenses towards lift, drainage system & colour etc.
Now question is whether all the flats should contribute equally or as per psi. Please advise.

- Does “psi” means “Per Square Inch”?
- With different “PSI” how can all pay “equal”
- What is Apartment Building?
I suggest you look up Bye=Laws which requires the Committee to fix rates as per method mentioned there in. Committee is bound to follow the method meticulously.
