Provision of one seat for sc/st candidate and two seats for woman candidate is still applicable.As we heard that High court of Gujrat has quashed this provision..Pl. clarify

Guj. HC has declared Part IXB: Cooperative Societies ultra-virus the Constitution of India since ratification by half the States was not sought to it. As such Guj State is not obliged to align the State law to the Constitutional provisions per Part IXB of the Constitution of India though nothing did stop State to do so. Not even Guj HC, but that is besides the point.
