Our coop housing society is in Pune. Our last AGM was held on 19/7/14 and we passed resolution for appointment of Auditor for FY 14-15.
Now our appointed Aditor has informed us that as on 19/7/14 the panel of Auditors was not approved by coop dept of Govt.They approved the panel on 24/9/14.
Can we now take special general body meeting and appoint auditor? OR is it necessary to appoint auditor at AGM only.Can there be 2 AGM in a FY?

Auditor should be appointed in Special General Meeting now.
