Query of Kishanlal Patwari

A Special General Body meeting of the society was held on 3rd June 2017. The Hon.Secretary conducted the meeting all by himself though Chairman of the society was present &sitting in the cornerNo chairman was announced to conduct the meeting.

I am member of the above mentioned society & in the Special General Body   meeting of the society I raised certain objections over the arbitration matters  (subject in the agenda )The Secretary didn’t respond properly. Meanwhile some other member interrupted me. I then reminded the Secretary to conduct the meeting in orderly manner &asked him “who is the chairman of the meeting”.

Now the Secretary issued minuets mentioning that Chairman conducted the meeting. The minutes are factually incorrect & important deliberations were not recorded.

I therefore request you to give your valuable advise whether I should bring this matter to the Registrar or any other action that you may
