In our society major repairs work is proposed to be carried out for which estimated cost is Rs. 18 lakhs and there are 30 flats comprising 1,2 & 3 BHK. Now the committee has decided to share the repair expense equally among all flats .i.e. Rs 60,000 per flat.
Now my question is the expense should be divided flat wise or area wise. Please suggest with relevant reference.
