Shriram Samarth Agro multi propose co-op society is not returning my money despite it having attained the maturity. Please guide me what should I do.

When a Cooperative society does not payback matured deposit amount it is guilty of deficiency in service as the depositor is a consumer of financial services rendered by the society as per Consumer Protection Act 1986. You can make a complaint against the cooperative society to the Consumer Court situated in the District your house is located.
