How to I write letter to my society secretary to stop the private tuition, and she is not member of society she is Tenant in our society.

Kindly help me in this matter and suggest me to how to write an effective letter to society.

You can draw attention of the Secretary of your housing society to the posts on following links and make a request to reconsider decision of the management committee to permit running of Tuition Classes by a Tenant in any member’s Flat of your housing society.

You can request him to include in the Agenda of the next meeting of the management committee to discuss above posts to revisit their earlier decision of approving Tuition Classes.
