My question is, in a co-operative housing societies election whether ladies members are eligible to contest in ladies category as well as in General category. According to Maharashtra Coop Soc Act, Rules and Election Rules and Bye Laws, is it correct?

Lady member can contest on RESERVE SEAT as also on general category but not both.
