I am an member of a society in Gurgaon Haryana . Has paid total amount & registration stamp charges society alloted specific number but did not get registry done rather got it done to some one else who was not a valid member in society membership register as per coop act section 40 . That person has sold the said plot 250 sq yd to another person who has done construction & got electricity connection Pl let me know who is the legal valid owner . can I get my right of legal member & his registry be cancelled thru court. Pl clarify my status thks
