Our Building is built on a Mhada Plot, which was handed over to our society to develop in lieu of relocation to give way for an Overbridge.

This was done at the request and Order of the BMC and Mhada Officials collectively mentioned in the various meets.

The BMC agreed in writing to pay the value of the Plot to Mhada, and asked to go ahead with the construction, with due permissions including OC etc.

Its nearly 22 years or more now but their is no conveyance passed in the society name.

The confusion is:

1.Shall we apply under deemed conveyance scheme.

2.The Mhada officials are delaying the matter continuously.

What do you suggest Sir in this situation.

Deemed Conveyance rout has not been found as effective as it could have been. Best course seems to be go for a writ before Bom HC through a HC lawyer for order to Authorities to fulfill their commitments.
