Sir I stay in big housing complex in Mumbai Thane district (Dombavli (E)). Our CHS has still not framed rules and builder has all the control. My problem is Builder made shops in front of my balcony and these shops install devices on their roof that create very heavy noise.
My query is what is my right related to noise pollution as all my request with builder and shop owner go to deaf ear.

File a Complaint against a Builder for all your grievances in the District Consumer Court set up under Consumer Protection Act 1986.
