Our Housing society registered during 2011, at Hyderabad, A.P with containing the membership clause as follows

1.Membership:

As per by laws registered for SSFOA, society NO. 1065/2011 dated 16/12/2011, Under clause a) on page no. 2, It is stated that “ All the owners of the flat are ELIGIBLE for membership and the membership holders are eligible to contest for the posts of office bearers of the Association”. And as per clause b) Described the enrolment process as ”All the owners of the Flat have become members and they have to pay admission fee Rs.1000/- & corpus fund Rs. 1,00,000/-, SINKING FUND maintenance deposit and monthly maintenance charges ( subject to revision) to the Association which includes the complex maintenance.”

Our society is represented by persons who have not paid the required under above clause and none of the owners have fulfilled the above condition.

Can any amendment be made for the above clause by a group of non members.
