I have filed a defamation case against Secretary and Treasurer of our Society. They still continuing as office bearers and making all type of rules against me. Can they continue as office bearers when criminal case filed in the court? They denying to accept my letter, refused to give any clarification on final accounts of the society.

Pending court case disqualification does not apply. If the Secretary does not reply you file a complaint to the Dy. Registrar of your Ward. Difficulty you are facing is common.
