Our society is located in Kurla east Mumbai 400024 under the L ward jurisdiction I have a small query about associate member. Registrar as passes an order to make my friend as an associated member but society is saying will do it in next year AGM but will not take any special AGM for that purpose.
We informed to registrar but he says’ he is helpless was to do now at this situation (How can registrar is helpless he does not have power)
