In our AGM we have disqualified the Chairman for the reason “non payment of society dues for more than three months”.
We came to know from the yearly financial report. However he is not willing to resign from the Chairman post on the ground that he has not been served any notice as prescribed in the Bye-law. Since Treasurer is hand in glove with the chairman, he is not informing the matter to the secretary about chairman’s default of payment.
Now please advise how to remove chairman by the members of the society.

The Committee should ass a no confidence motion by a 2/3 majority.
