I have taken loan from co-op credit society in Mumbai which was to be paid in 48 installments. I have paid 45 installments. Now I want to settle all liabilities. I have deposited Rs.17500/- as shares money in 2010. Society has not paid dividends till date. What can I do? Is society liable to pay dividends or not? Pl. Guide me.
