I have a query regarding a window opening in the dead wall. Due to vastu purpose I had made a small opening 2×2 ft on a dead wall of my master bedroom. Initially I had asked permission from my society but they had refused, but still I got it done. The society called for an EGM and the members reached a quorum that I have to close the opening within 15 days or else the society will close the opening and all the charges incurred plus penalty will be recovered from my monthly maintenance bill. Please suggest what can be done from my side to stop the society from forcibly closing the window.

I guess the Window has changed the outer ambience of the wall. If it is so you have to go with GBM.
