Thanks for getting us the news on Adarsh Credit Cooperative Society. I am one of the Investors in this society (BP ID – 1836970) and now losing any hope of the returns. All my hard earned money has gone into the investments and now I am in dire need of the same with no hope of getting them back.
However as a last resort writing for your advise. What do you suggest to get my matured/ as well ongoing FDs made through Adarsh’s Pune, Hadapdar Branch Office (now closed).
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

You can approach District Consumer forum complaining deficiency in service by Adarsh (Service Provider) to you (the Consumer) under Consumer Protection Act 1986. Not that this is a sure remedy but worth trying as it is not expensive at all and relatively fast. Take original FD Receipys and walk in to Court’s Administrator’s Office requesting for his guidance. No lawyer required.
