1) Is M-20 Bond required to be executed by committee members in year 2018?
2) What is the punishment to secretory and chairman, if since years, they refuse to give statement of account to a member of his society maintenance?
3) What is the punishment to secretory and chairman if they disconnect the intercom security facilities of a member as he defaulted some dues and remove his name plate from the combined society indicator board beside the staircase and lift , which has flat no. And flat owners name?
