The President has resigned on 17.8.2019. And the MC has accepted his resignation and informed the Registrar in writing accordingly. Also intimated its decision that VP Elect will officiate as President. What is next step which the MC should follow in this case.?
The past MC had not handed over the book of accounts for the last 8 years, neither to the ARO nor the new MC which taken over charge a year back. Numerous communications had been sent to the RCS but, they have not paid any head to our communications. We have also informed RCS that we are not in a pisition to conduct AGM in absence of accounts.
Now, the residents are demanding AGM. Books of accounts of our period is under preparation. The annual audit cannot be done in any case.
