My father now died was the member of society. Eight years ago in 2010 my father made a Registered Gift Deed in my name. But till today after my father death in Nov 2017 Society had not transferred shares in my name. Now they are telling our land is PWR 219 Scheme. So as per scheme Gift Deed is not applicable.

- The class of cooperative society, whose shares you wished should have been transferred by the society in your name?
- The State in which the cooperative society has been registered?
- How did you let the society know of your father’s death?
- How did you let the society know of the Gift deed made by your father?
- What is the PWR 219 Scheme? Have you got a copy? Can you send me a soft copy?
- How many legal successors are there to your father?
