I had a single flat in my society which I split into 3 shops with permission of the society landowner, mbmc h & k dept and it was officially converted to 3 shops.
We have a separate blueprint for mentioning the number of shops, at the same time we had also segregated these 3 shops in the assessment bill. The society is issuing me 3 different maintenance bills as we have also registered our documents as per 3 shops.
Now the issue is society is not ready to issue me 3 different share certificates. They say at the time of registration, society had 12 units and accordingly we had share certificate and the capital. But now the units are 14, therefore we cannot issue you 2 more share certificates.
Plz look into the matter and do the needful. Sir after reading your article I came to know society can buy more 20 percent share certificate than its capital
