Having a flat in Pune society registered no pna/hsg/818/27-6-1972 forcefully taking festival fund,when I refuse they said passed in AGM,even complain to deputy register, what next can I do

Raise a dispute with the Committee as deciding rate of collection from members is the duty of the Committee which is incorrectly performed. Cooperative Court hears such complaints.
