I have been facing terrace leakage problem since 10 years, where old committee members had done a treatment of water proofing without guarantee n written agreement and the new committee now is not paying attention to detail same.
I have given letter in registrar regarding the same, but I am only the person who wish to do brick bag guaranteed treatment as I have terrace flats, others all are United.
What to do?
