Query from Kiran Kulkarni

Ours is Registered CHS bearing No. TNA(TNA)HSG(TC)305/1983/84. Now the MC has given a Notice of 35th AGM wherein it is mentioned that the present Treasurer of the society will preside the AGM.

Can the office-bearer i.e signatory to the Society Accounts be the chairman and preside the AGM? Secondly, is it a rule that every CHS must put on Notice Board of the society the Notice of AGM prior to 14 clear dys alongwith copies statement of A/C’s. Thirdly, is it essential for MC to get the suggestions on Audit rectification report from members in AGM.

Fourthly, is it mandatory that all the Office-Bearers & MC members have to undergo Training & also impart training to Genl members.

Sir since our AGM is on 14/09/2019 an urgent response is awaited n shall highly be appreciated.
