My husband was an employee of one of the cooperative service bank, Nedupuzha, Thrissur dist. Kerala. He was not staying with me since longtime due to some misunderstanding. We were not divorced, he done our daughter and son marriages together that means legally we were not separated. He was getting pension from this bank after his retirement. He suddenly died 5 years back. I have not yet approached this bank to get his pension to me sofar even if i am eligible for the same.
Now a days my children’s are not taking care me so my conditions is very bad. I got a small house but no single paise to live. I am a BPL ration card holder. When i approached bank for my husband pension, they said my husband not mention nominee (they said DA not there) and time is 5 years passed since he died so difficult to get.
What to do now. To whom i have to approach. Please send me all dtls to this mail. This email addressee is ready to help me. Pls guide or suggest. Can i get any legal support ?

You will have to ask an advocate to get a succession certificate from the Court and submit to the Bank with a claim of pension from the date of death of your husband.
