Presently our society is going through a critical situation. Our Chairman doing some work which is against the society. He don’t care anybody even secretary also. He think he is the supreme authority of the society. He employment his daughter and always think how his daughter gain from here. Recently our permanent staff’s DA increase 20%, he increase his daughter salary 20% also, even she is contractual staff. Now I request you can you inform us what exactly duty of the chairman at consumer cooperative society.
