I am a member of CHS.in Mumbai. I am holding two flats. One flat is on my own name and another flat is on, my own name is first and second name is of my wife. More particularly I am the first owner in both flats and in second flat, my wife name is second. As society is going for committee election, I had given 10-A form ( No objection ) for contesting the ensuing election to my wife. However, the election officer has now denied my voting right for my first flat. I am doubtful regarding the decision of election officer. Therefore, kindly guide me with specific authority under CHS. Act, 1960, whether action / decision of Election officer is correct or not?

What is the date of registration of your society which you can find out from Registration Number also.
