I am inspector, cooperative society in Punjab. Sir i want to clarify about crpc section 34. This sec 34 of crpc says that future rate of interest cannot be more than 6% 1. Whether this section is applicable in arbitration cases of coop societies. 2. Can arbitrator award future interest more than 6 %. 3. Can arbitrator award compound interest or simple interest.
