I am from Mumbai and I stay at Nisarg heaven CHS Ltd with my sister (flat owner) n mother. I am writing to you in regards with the heavy penalty imposed on us by our society.
Background in brief: I have been feeding our community dogs since they were born here (2years back). My society raised an objection to this and started penalising me as passed by General Body as a resolution in SGBM. to which I presented to them the guidelines by AwBI that clearly states that penalising for feeding dogs is in violation of Indian laws.
Still my society is adamant that I pay the whopping amount of Rs 9lakhs or quit feeding dogs.
I was seeking your expert comments in thisregards as me and family is completely harassed in this matter and police n registrar are not cooperative in this regards.
Can you pls suggest as to what can be done here?
