The committee of our society is not giving draft copy as well as final copy of minutes and resolutions to few select members.

(02) For how many preceding years’ minutes and resolution copies can a member ask for? Is there any restriction on number if years for which document copies can be asked for?

Ask for the deposit amount towards copying costs chargeable for supplying documents and pay up the same. There are no restrictions on years.
What is the provisions in the act after 97th amendment with regard to co option of members to managing committee of CHS.
Can the committee co opt members on their own against casual vacancies or they should publish such vacancies and go through election process if there more members offering their candidature
