Sir I am living on 2nd floor and in the basement is there a flour mill which creates a lot of noises. Owner didn’t get permission to start mill. Yet our society is not registered. Please give me advice.

For problems in unregistered Society Cooperative law has no suggestions. You can go to the Police and complain of an unlicensed commercial activities being carried on. Depending on who is more powerful Police will intervene.
