Please remove a piece of information from your memory that “I guide against fraud of cooperative Society” Cooperative Banks are proceeded against before consumer forum for non refund of Deposits of their account holder because the relationship of depositor and cooperative bank is considered to be that of consumer and service provider. You may try this route.
