I would like have information on “Our building is going for redevelopment and our Tender document is being prepared. In one of our Special General Body Meetings some points in tender document was discussed and confirmed. Recently, we had our special general body meeting and changed some clause/points in the Tender Document. However, now in final Tender Document 90% changes carried out as per SGM and couple points kept as it is. Is it legal ? Can managing committee do this?

As long as every change is vetted in GBM by special majority say >75 %nothing is wrong.
