Is it mandatory for the society to adopt bye laws (2014) for the cooperative society and charge equal maintenance for each member and not on Sq. Ft. basis or Society can continue with old bye laws and charge the maintenance on Sq. Ft. basis.

It is optional to adopt 2014 Model of Bye Laws.
Rates of maintenance are specified in bye laws and they are compulsory for the committee of the concerned CHS. I cannot advise as it is not open to any body’s advice.
