I saw your on website. I want a help from you. I am a CGHS society member in the name of New Park Avenue co-op group housing society from year 2005. We apply for a society in Haryana in 2005.
And in draw we got plot of CGHS, sector-2 Faridabad. Mr Guraya is president of society
Sir the plot cost is 75,00,000/- (seventy five lac only) and I have given him Rs 3,50,000/- as share of land cost. Sir 11years have been passed he did not done anything nor a meeting even. He did not take the possession of plot from HUDA although he have collect 78lacs 10-11 years before. I call him for work start, he always told yes next month or after rainy season he will start the work. Now he ignore our calls and not responding. He is misusing the fund also.

I Want to Know about HUMARA INDIA CREDIT COOPERATIVE SOCIETY LIMITED , Regd Office: Mangal Jyoti , 101, 227/2, AJC Bose ROAD , KOLKATA, WEST BENGAL- 700020, Regd No – MSCS/CR/594/2012, Which belong to a wing of SAHARA GROUP ? Now a days this society collect money as fix deposit & RD scheme. Recently this society lunch a ” Golden A Double ” scheme in which Society Collect Minimum Rs. 11000./- & Committed to give Rs. 25000./- After 5year 4month to the deposited, is it possible to convert Rs.11000./- to Rs.25000/- within 5year 4month . Is this Society belongs to the guideline of RBI, SEBI, IRDA, or other government financial approval rules & regulation, if the society demolish can I refund my money ??
