I the member of Prathampad CHS Ltd Malad west Mumbai 400064, seek an advise that managing committee has still not produced audited balance sheet and declared the AGM on 22.09.2018 and the letter is only signed by secretary.

I want your help whether bylaws permit this or not? And only secretary signature is valid?

I am internal auditor of this society and accounts not submitted to me as well so, in this case what action is to taken

I C Naik

If a copy of audited accounts is placed on the Notice Board at least 14 days before the date of the meeting then that is in order.

Good evening. I stay in a complex of 3 towers. The society is yet to be formed as there are certain issues which have to be ironed out I want your advise and guidance on parking charges. In our complex there are 3 towers 2 of them are 2Bhk and 1 is 3Bhk. 3Bhk has basement parking whereas other two towers are having open parking. My question is that the parking area maintenance charges, be it open or basement should be borne by all the residents of our complex or only 3Bhk tower residents.
