One of the members wind screen was broken by anonymous, by throwing some hard object from top..which is unknown..car was parked inside the society compound.
I want to know, can a member asks for compensation for car damage from society in such situation?
As well as I want to know, can a society penalize the members of that wing under which the car were parked?
Please guide us how to proceed further..

How do we see a car parking in the compound by members? In most cases the parking spaces are secured by a member by paying some unknown amount to builder against an Allottment letter of car parking space. This sale is illegal as held by the Apex Court. This area belongs to CHS as a body but not any more despite an illegal sale. If a car is damaged or if a flat is burgled and thieves stole valuables. Are these two not same? How are these handled? I think the answer is too obvious.
