Me and my brother have on share certificate my name is first. Flat was gifted to us 50/50 by my late aunt.
We have divided flat and have separate entrance and identy.
Brother had filed case in coop court to get member status and that i should not be allowed to sell lease transfer etc.
He lost in lower court and appeal.Court ruled he is associate member and it is species of my right to let, sell etc.
He then withdrew matter.
society was party to matter and aware about division etc.
Can society separate shRes certificate ?
