I have purchased a flat in Kandivali (W), Mumbai City. I want to enhance my box grill to keep AC Chamber. However one of the society’s committee member has denied to change such alteration.
Also, the building is of 7 floor and all the floor members have already enhanced box grill when the flat was allotted by builders. I just want to know is there any limit for box grill like height, width, depth from main window?

As, all the floor members have already enhanced box grill when the flat was allotted by builders, actual dimensions are permitted by BMC while approving the Building Plan. You can measure the same yourself.
