I AM STAYING IN A M H B COLONY AT MUMBAI.RECENTLY MY NEIGHBOR PURCHASED A FLAT AND HE & HIS WIFE BEGAN TO HARRAS US. HE HAS INSTALLED CCTV DOME CAMERA AND DIRECTION OF THE CCTV CAMERA HAS BEEN POINTED TO OUR WINDOW TO KEEP EYE ON US.
FEW MONTHS BEFORE HIS WIFE & I HAD ARGUMENT ON DUSTBIN WHICH WAS KEPT UNDER OUR WINDOW BY HIM AFTER THAT SHE LODGED A FALSE POLICE COMPLAINT AGAINST MY HUSBAND AND BECAUSE OF THAT THEY ARE TAKING ADVANTAGE.
KINDLY REPLY ME BECAUSE MY GIRL IS IN TWELVE STANDARD AND HER EXAM IS ON HEAD.THEY HAVE SOME GOOD CONTACTS WITH POLICE AND BECAUSE OF THAT OUR SOCIETY PEOPLE ARE NOT HELPING.

It is a tough call. Anti-social conduct in a CHS is anti-cooperative but is common given the education level in our society. Good contact with Police is outside the realm of Cooperative principles.
Strong bond within the membership is a better choice. Try to develop good contacts with neighbours ignoring conducts of others you do not approve of. Ignoring thugs for long sometimes lead to mellowing down of the aggressive behaviour.
Developing good contacts with Police is not advised as that does not prove beneficial in the long run. Whatever objectionable behaviour is noticed, put it down (calmly) on paper and submit the original within office and keep the acknowledgment on your files. No need to discuss or follow up, let the case be built up. Someday a good chairman may take it up as a challenge to confront the situation legally.
