Cooperative bank is a cooperative society registered under the State Cooperative Act. Fundamental condition of registering a cooperative society is the promoters must satisfy the Registrar with a detail project report that the Co-operative Bank you want to establish in Solapur will be a successful venture if allowed to be registered. Once that is done, the rest is easy.
But let me clarify if you are not confident of doing this much and you want someone else to tell you drop the idea. As simple rule is if you think you will be able to run a cooperative bank successfully, you should be able to convince others. So do the self convincing first and you will find the way ahead.
