Self had booked 1 BHK Flat at Badlapur west in last month.
I have following queries regarding stamp duty registration documents.
1) How much amount required for Stamp Duty and registration?.
2) Procedure of the Stamp Duty and registration
3) What documents I have to check before signing it.
4) How much area of flat (carpet or total ) will mentioned on it?
5) When shall i get total flat documents and what will it contained?(send me reference file if any available with yours).
