We need to get nominations from our society members. I chanced about the Form on the Internet. Can the same be printed and given to members or do we need to obtain the forms from Registrars office. Please advise. Attached is the sample.
Also need advice on nominations process.

Use the form prescribed in the bye laws
Registrar has nothing to do with “Nomination” procedure.
Committee should record Nomination in Minutes and return one copy after endorsing the same of the fact of MC having taken it on record in their meeting on ……
