Our Housing society is under construction of building. One of our members is not paying the construction cost. Now Special AGM decided to issue him notice to pay the amount, hence I want one standard format to issue him notice. Pl provide me format of notice.

There is no standard format for such letters. Put facts and remind that if payment is not made within three months of receipt of the Notice he shall be deemed to be a defaulter and further steps will be taken to recover the amounts through Collector as Land Revenue which can lead to attachment of the Property and eventual auction.
